To process your food order, we must share certain information with the restaurant every time you place an order. This includes your name, delivery address, food order, and credit card information (if applicable). We limit this information flow to only the essential elements required to prepare and fulfill your orders. Occasionally, we may voluntarily share, sell, or rent aggregated (non-personal) market research data with third-party partners and vendors. This information does not contain personally identifiable information and is shared to enhance our service. We may present offers to you on behalf of third-party partners. If you accept an offer, we will share your name, address, and credit card information with the third party, but only with your consent.

Credit Cards

As a policy, credit card information is NOT stored on our ordering platform. If a restaurant subscribes to a secure card storage facility with PCI-compliant credit card service partners AND you opt to use it, rMenuMagnet provides seamless integration for accessing credit card information stored with the credit card service partner. If and when you choose to store card information, your credit card data is ALWAYS stored with PCI-compliant credit card service partners that adhere to the prescribed credit card industry’s electronic storage security standards.

Customer Communication

Our customer service representatives may use your telephone number, email address, and instant messenger ID to notify you of the status of your order as necessary and appropriate. Upon request, we provide website visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases or amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, and phone number) we maintain about them. From time to time, we may use the information collected to send special offers on behalf of third-party partners or vendors (including restaurants) participating in our service. However, we do not share your information with the restaurant other than the information necessary to conduct business as stated above.

Email/Anti-Spam

We do not purchase bulk email addresses nor do we use the services of bulk email companies to promote our service. This means we will not distribute, sell, or rent your email address to any third party. Additionally, our email servers do not relay email destined for non-local domains.

Return/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the restaurant directly and include the order number. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed with the restaurant, which will determine if a refund is required. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your order confirmation email. All refunds will be handled by the restaurant directly and not by us. rMenuMagnet platform fee is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.

Right to Account Deletion

You can request to delete your personal information through the mobile app. Go to the User Profile Page and click on the “Delete My Account” button to request account deletion. Your account will be permanently deleted within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
